We offer insured express shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination pincode. Every package is sealed in tamper-proof, discreet packaging with full transit insurance.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

- Metro Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
- Made-to-order & Custom Engraved Pieces: Dispatched within 5 business days after crafting.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner (Bluedart, Delhivery), you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to monitor your parcel in real-time.

4. Non-Returnable Policy

Please note that all orders placed through ThePurple are non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered. In the rare case of physical damage during transit, please notify our concierge support within 48 hours with unboxing photos or video for immediate assistance.
